Attack: Operational Master

The Operational Master works on the shop floor and is trained in the use of 192 operational techniques which attack the transaction both from internal and external threats. The Attack Operational Master is the field agent of the organization who collects intelligence on the competitors to understand where they are coming from and where they are going. The main objective of the Operational Master is to defend the financial transaction which the workplace produces by:

  • Attacking the Price of the transaction measuring the effectiveness of business in the marketplace against competitors.
  • Attacking any weak delivery processes on the shop floor of the organization and measuring the attack patterns which competitors will employ in the destruction of the corporations products and processes.
  • Attacking the quality of the transaction by constantly testing the weaknesses of the Quality of the products and processes producing robust performance points.
  • Attacking After Market Services of the organization to produce effective customer support plans which engage security and speed of financial, product and process movement.
  • Attacking shareholder value effectively by testing for weaknesses in the marketplace, products and processes of the organisation making sure there is a direct accountable match between shareholder value and market presence.
  • Attacking the employees of the organization to calculate any weaknesses which may be inherent on the shop floor employees.

Attack: Tactical Master.

The Tactical Master works in the middle management area of the organization. The Attack Tactical Master is trained in 48 attack tactics with over 2000 possible combinations. He will actively pursue attackers around the globe and will be involved in middle management business intelligence operations. The Tactical Attack Master will be actively involved in the following by:

  • Attacking the Price of the transaction measuring the effectiveness of business in the marketplace against competitors.
  • Attacking any weak delivery processes in the management level of the organization and measuring the attack patterns which competitors will employ in the destruction of the corporations products and processes.

Attack: Strategic Master.

The Strategic Master of Attack will be engaged in top level meetings in competitor companies and competitor organizations. He will be measuring and creating strategy on all legal and illegal activities against the organization. He will be defending the transaction of the organization by measuring the attack patterns which the corporation will face in the coming economic environment. The Strategic Attack Master will be the right hand man of the Grand Master and will be feeding the Gran Master information on all challenges and threats which the corporation will face by:
